Was sind COLOURLOCK Leather Care Sets für Porsche?

Leather Care Sets (Porsche) sind komplette Pflege- und Reparatur-Sets in 4 Größen mit originalen Porsche-Farbtönen. Sie enthalten alle Komponenten — Farbe, Top Coat, Reinigung, Pads, Werkzeug — in einer Box.

Welches Set passt für mich?

Set XS = einzelne Schadstellen (Lenkrad, kleine Risse). Set XL = komplette Bauteile (Sitzwangen, Lenkrad). Colour & Protect Set = regelmäßige Pflege-Routine. Complete Repair Set = komplette Innenraum-Aufbereitung mit Filler und Werkzeug.

Wo ist der Unterschied zwischen den Sets?

Größe + Inhalt. XS hat 100ml-Farbe + Mini-Werkzeug, XL hat 250ml + komplettes Werkzeug, Colour & Protect Set hat zusätzlich Top Coat für Pflege-Routine, Complete Repair Set hat zusätzlich Filler + Schleifmaterial für tiefe Reparaturen.

Lohnt sich ein Set vs. Einzelkauf?

Ja — die Set-Bündelung spart 15–25 % gegenüber dem Einzelkauf. Außerdem sind alle Komponenten aufeinander abgestimmt (Farbe + Top Coat + Reinigung), was Mischfehler ausschließt.

COLOURLOCK "Leather Care Sets" (Porsche) — Porsche Leather Care Set

COLOURLOCK Leather Care Sets for Porsche: complete care and repair bundles in 4 sizes

What are COLOURLOCK Leather Care Sets for Porsche? — Four complete sets in different sizes pull together every component for professional care and repair of Porsche leather interiors in one box.

COLOURLOCK Leather Care Sets (Porsche) bundle every component you need for professional Porsche leather repairs or regular upkeep — from the compact Set XS for spot repairs up to the Complete Repair Set with filler, colour, top coat and tools. Every set ships with genuine Porsche colours.

4 set sizes available – XS for spot repairs, XL for whole components, Colour & Protect Set for upkeep, Complete Repair Set for full repairs.
Genuine Porsche colours – Factory-matched pigment in every box.
Complete tools + guide – Brushes, cloths, pads, filler — all ready to use straight away.

💡 Detailing1's tip from the shop: For Porsche work we go with the Set XL as our default — enough for full seat sets plus the steering wheel. For the occasional home user, the Colour & Protect Set is spot on — laid down once a year, it keeps the leather looking as good as new. Don't split the sets — the components are matched to work together.

Open the set, read the guide, keep to the order

Leather Care Sets (Porsche) hold every component in one box — follow the order in the enclosed guide and don't skip steps. The sequence — clean, filler, sand, colour, seal — isn't up for debate.

Each set holds the genuine Porsche colour (Leather Fresh or Leather Colour depending on the set type), the matching top coat, cleaner and degreaser, pads, brushes plus a detailed step-by-step guide. The components are matched to each other and are best not mixed with other brands, since that can cause adhesion problems.

With the Set XS a spot repair takes about 1–2 hours including drying; with the Complete Repair Set a full interior job can run 6–8 hours. Material cost per job runs from about €14 (Set XS) to €75 (Complete Repair Set). Compared with buying the components separately, the set bundle saves 15–25%.

Pick the set to match the damage

The sets step up through 4 sizes — from the compact spot-repair bundle to the full kit. Grabbing the wrong set for the depth of damage is the mistake we see most.

The Set XS is for single problem spots like steering-wheel wear or small cracks — for whole seat bolsters there isn't enough material. The Set XL covers mid-size repairs like full seat bolsters or entire steering wheels. The Colour & Protect Set is meant as a regular care routine (with Leather Fresh + top coat), not as a repair bundle. The Complete Repair Set gives you the full kit with filler, several colour sizes and every tool for complete interior jobs.

If you only need to fix a small spot, the Set XS or a single Fluid Leather (Porsche) tube works out cheaper. If you want to keep the car up regularly, the Colour & Protect Set or a single Leather Fresh (Porsche) bottle is enough. For a full recon before a sale, the Set XL or the Complete Repair Set is worth it.

For detailers and keen DIY owners

Leather Care Sets (Porsche) are the all-in-one answer for detailers, independent shops and DIY owners who want every component in one box — without buying filler, colour, top coat and tools separately.

The set advantage is the matched pick of components and the 15–25% price edge over buying separately. Detailers save time on ordering and stock management; DIY users get the whole toolset with no research needed. The detailed guide in the set is written for beginners and walks you through every repair or care step.

If you already work with individual COLOURLOCK products and have your own tool setup, you're often cheaper with single components — Leather Colour, Leather Fresh or Fluid Leather. Sets pay off most when you're first getting into leather repair, or as a gift for anyone bitten by the detailing bug.

What are COLOURLOCK Leather Care Sets for Porsche?

Leather Care Sets (Porsche) are complete care and repair sets in 4 sizes with original Porsche color shades. They contain all components—color, top coat, cleaner, pads, tools—in one box.

Which set is right for me?

Set XS = individual damaged areas (steering wheel, small cracks). Set XL = complete components (seat bolsters, steering wheel). Colour & Protect Set = regular care routine. Complete Repair Set = complete interior restoration with filler and tools.

What is the difference between the sets?

Size + content. XS has 100ml color + mini tools, XL has 250ml + complete tools, Colour & Protect Set additionally has Top Coat for care routine, Complete Repair Set additionally has filler + sanding material for deep repairs.

Is a set worth it compared to individual purchases?

Yes—the set bundling saves 15–25% compared to individual purchases. Additionally, all components are coordinated (color + top coat + cleaner), which eliminates mixing errors.

What are the most common mistakes we see?

Classics: (1) Wrong set chosen—spot repair with Complete Repair Set is overkill; an entire seating area with Set XS fails due to material quantity. (2) Instructions not read—the order Clean → Fill → Sand → Color → Top Coat is essential. (3) Components mixed with third-party brands—adhesion problems.

Are the sets suitable for beginners?

Yes, all sets include step-by-step instructions. Recommendation: Beginners start with Set XS or Colour & Protect Set to learn the process. The Complete Repair Set is only worthwhile once you have experience or are performing professional restoration.

Care Instructions for Leather Care Set (Porsche):

The sets are categorized into 4 sizes — from compact spot repair bundles to complete equipment. The most common user error is choosing the wrong set for the depth of damage.

The Set XS is for individual damage spots such as steering wheel abrasion or small tears — the amount of material is not sufficient for entire seat bolsters. The Set XL covers medium-sized repairs such as complete seat bolsters or entire steering wheels. The Colour & Protect Set is intended as a regular care routine (with Leather Fresh + Top Coat), not as a repair bundle. The Complete Repair Set offers full equipment with filler, several color sizes, and all tools for complete interior refurbishments.

If only a small damaged area needs to be repaired, Set XS or individual Fluid Leather (Porsche) tubes are more economical. If the vehicle is to be regularly maintained, the Colour & Protect Set or individual Leather Fresh (Porsche) bottles are sufficient. For complete preparation before sale, Set XL or the Complete Repair Set is worthwhile.
