Weber-Werke 2-Post Lift "SJC-10XL – 4.5M" Weber Expert Series up to 4500 kg 1 piece

Weber-Werke "SJC-10XL – 4.5M" 2-post lift up to 4500 kg — Expert Series

The Weber SJC-10XL – 4.5M is an electro-hydraulic 2-post lift with a hefty 4500 kg capacity. It is made for workshops that take in cars and light vans in the same week, and the asymmetric, double-telescoping arms give you room to work on almost anything. Automatic safety-latch release and a 400V supply keep it comfortable to run.

• Versatility: Asymmetric, double-telescoping arms let you lift vehicles of very different lengths.
• Safety: Mechanical safety latches and a burst-pipe safety valve keep everything locked down in operation.
• Durability: Low-maintenance running thanks to high-grade, hard-wearing materials.

Arms that take whatever rolls in

With double-telescoping arms the SJC-10XL picks up everything from a small hatchback to a bigger van — safely and on the right points. That flexibility makes it a solid pick for workshops with a mixed line-up. The asymmetric arms also open up a wide door angle, so you get into the cabin while the car is in the air.

Safety you can lean on

Several safety features are built in, among them automatic arm locking and mechanical safety latches — the Weber SJC-10XL sets the bar high here. On top of that you get door protection rubbers and an integrated burst-pipe safety valve for extra cover.

Quick to set up, easy to keep running

The lift ships pre-assembled, which takes the pain out of installation. Motor, control box and hoses are already fitted, so you save real time. The system needs little maintenance too, so follow-up costs stay low over the years — exactly what makes it attractive for day-in, day-out use in a professional workshop.

• fully automatic raising and lowering at the push of a button
• the short arms are double-telescoping, so you can take short cars right up to very long vehicles
• door protection rubbers on both posts
• post covers in both lifting posts to keep dirt out
• asymmetric arms for a wide door opening angle
• lifting pads with rubber inlay, double height-adjustable by turning them
• one set of pad extensions (4 pieces at 100 mm) included in delivery
• low maintenance and low wear, so follow-up costs stay small
• easy to handle thanks to 24 volt safety push-button control (dead-man control)
• ideal pick-up range for cars and, thanks to the wide drive-through width, also suitable for light vans
• automatic, conically fine-toothed arm locking, manual release possible
• upright lifting cylinders in both posts, the hydraulic cylinders are sealed inside the cylinder tube, so there is no risk of damage (dirt, grinding or welding spatter, etc.) to the piston rods
• multiple safety devices, overload valve, burst-pipe safety valve and mechanical safety latches
• hose routing inside the post (already pre-fitted on the control post)
• simple assembly, as many add-on parts (motor, control box, hose on the control post, etc.) are already fitted
• safety latches electromechanically actuated
• permissible load capacity 4500 kg, the structure of the lift was successfully tested dynamically with a load of 115 % of the permissible gross weight and statically with 150 % of the permissible gross weight
• floor requirement per current (permissible in Germany) structural specification, C20/25 DIN1045:2001-D7 concrete, double-reinforced, with an area of at least 4000 x 2000 x 200 mm
